Who we are

GrowTricity is an in-person AI course run by Grupo Pounj Software Exports (GSTIN 04ABBFG9378F1ZA · UDYAM-CH-01-0046058), SCO 34, Sector 33D, Chandigarh 160020, India. Level 1 is the one course sold: students set up Codex as their own thinking partner, then build their business on it. By using this website or joining the course, you agree to these terms. The course

Level 1 is taught in person in Chandigarh, with 8 students per class maximum. It is 9 classes and 18 classroom hours: every class two hours, on weekdays or at the weekend, usually over two to three weeks. It costs ₹12,800 including GST (₹10,847.46 plus 18% GST), paid once, by UPI, card or cash. It is for working professionals and business owners aged 24 to 48.

Classes run every day of the week and you choose which days to come until your 18 classroom hours, 9 classes of two hours each, are done. Monday to Friday, classes run from 10 AM to 12 PM or from 4 PM to 6 PM. Saturday and Sunday, classes run from 11 AM to 1 PM, so working professionals can attend without taking leave. Each class has 8 students maximum, and you start when a seat is free, so your exact class dates are confirmed during enrolment.

The course runs on Codex. You bring your own laptop and your own ChatGPT plan, Plus or higher, paid directly to OpenAI under its terms, on top of the course fee. When you show your working system in the ninth class, you receive a GrowTricity certificate in using Codex from ChatGPT. It is issued by GrowTricity, not by OpenAI, and it is not an accredited or government qualification. Depending on how much you use the agent, the ChatGPT plan is about ₹2,000, ₹10,000 or even ₹20,000 a month. These are approximate; check OpenAI’s current price before buying.

What we promise, and what we do not

We teach you to build working software by directing AI, on your own business, and you leave with work you can show. We do not promise a job, a placement or any income. No honest teacher can. What you do with the skill is up to you and your effort.

Fees and seats

The free-class booking needs no payment and is confirmed only after the WhatsApp code is received. The free class helps you decide whether to begin Level 1. Paid classes take 8 students per class maximum, and seats are confirmed after payment. The course fee is one single payment, by UPI, card or cash.

Course fees are non-refundable, non-cancellable and non-transferable once paid. Notes from a class you missed may be shared with you, but a missed class does not create a refund or a replacement class.

Your work, and ours

The software you build during the course is yours: your website, your CRM, your WhatsApp assistant. Keep it, run it, show it. Our course materials remain ours. Please do not copy or resell them.

Growtricity™ and the Growtricity logo are trademarks of Grupo Pounj Software Exports, registration pending. You may not use the Growtricity name, logo or branding without our written permission. Our curriculum and course materials remain ours, and are licensed for use only within an active enrolment or franchise agreement.

Using this website

We keep the information here as accurate as we can, but it may change. The AI assistant's answers are there to help and are not a binding offer; the actual terms are these, plus anything we confirm with you directly. Please use the site honestly and lawfully.

Liability

The website and the assistant are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Grupo Pounj is not liable for indirect or unexpected losses arising from using this site. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Chandigarh.

Changes

We may update these terms; we change the date at the top when we do. This version is dated 9 October 2026.
