Prompt engineering Taught by building Sector 33D, Chandigarh

Prompt engineering course in Chandigarh,
learn to direct AI by building real software.

You searched for a prompt engineering course. Here is the honest version: prompts are only the instruction. Level 1 also teaches context engineering, giving AI the right facts, documents and examples, through TCE: Task, Context and Expectations. You learn it by using it on real work, then carry the same method into application building in Level 2. Taught in person by Ashish Punj, who developed TCE while teaching professionals in Mexico.

What prompt engineering actually is

Not clever phrases. The discipline of getting correct work out of AI.

The internet sells prompt engineering as magic words. The real thing is a habit of directing AI so its output is right and you can prove it.

What you'll actually learn

  • Giving AI the right context, your files, rules and examples, so it has what it needs to be correct.
  • Picking the right model for the task, and knowing when a cheaper one is enough.
  • Using TCE to expose assumptions, require reliable sources and verify important output before you trust or share it.

What it is not

  • Not a list of magic phrases that stop working next month.
  • Not a certificate you frame and forget. You direct AI to build real, working things.
  • Not a substitute for judgment. It is where judgment starts. Where it goes is agentic engineering.
Why learn it inside a build course

You learn to direct AI by directing it at something real.

A standalone prompt engineering certificate teaches you to talk to a chat box. Here you point AI at real software and ship features onto safe copies of apps real businesses run on, then your own. Prompting only sticks when a real result depends on it, and it is only worth something when what you build works. That is why it lives inside the course, in Level 1, next to the founder, not in a slideshow.

One continuous curriculum

Every student starts at Level 1 and continues to Level 2.

The tabs on the syllabus page explain the stages; they are not separate enrolment choices. Level 1 and Level 2 together are one course of 12 classes and 24 classroom hours, costing ₹11,800 including GST, paid as one single payment. Twelve classes take about four weeks. Direct Level 2 entry is not offered.

Level 1: required start

Build reliable everyday AI skills across communication, documents, research, spreadsheets and presentations.

Level 2: required continuation

Twelve classes and 24 classroom hours to plan, build, test and deploy one working full-stack application.

Level 3: optional

Build and Launch is an optional advanced capstone of 12 classes and 24 classroom hours after Level 2 priced at ₹15,000 + GST. Students choose their final product after learning research, strategy, agents, SaaS, mobile delivery, analytics, marketing and sales.

"I took Ashish's course without being technical. What I took away wasn't a ChatGPT trick but a method: verify everything AI produces before using it. That changed how I work."

Straight answers

Prompt engineering course in Chandigarh, your questions.

Is this a standalone prompt engineering course, or part of something bigger?

Prompt engineering here is a core part of Level 1 of the Growtricity course, taught inside building real software, not sold as a separate certificate. You learn to direct AI well by using it to ship real things, which is the only way it actually sticks.

What will I actually learn about directing AI?

You learn TCE: Task, Context and Expectations. It is a simple way to define the work, provide the right facts and documents, set source and quality rules, expose missing information and review important output before using it. Ashish developed the method while teaching professionals in Mexico, including attorneys working with high-stakes documents.

Is prompt engineering still worth learning in 2026?

Yes, but not as a bag of clever phrases. That phase is over. What lasts is the judgment to direct AI to build real, correct things and to verify what it gives you. That is exactly what we teach, and where it leads is building and shipping real software. See our plain-English explainer on agentic engineering for where it goes.

How much does it cost, and where is it?

₹11,800 including GST for the whole course, plus your own AI account (about ₹1,500 to ₹2,000 a month, paid to the AI company). In person at SCO 34, Sector 33D, Chandigarh, a room of eight. The first class is free.

Do I need to code already?

No. You direct AI in plain language and learn to read and check what it produces. Prior coding is a bonus, not a requirement. We also serve Mohali, Panchkula, Zirakpur and Kharar, about 20 minutes away.

Will a prompt engineering course get me a job?

No one honest can promise that. What you leave with is the ability to get reliable, correct work out of AI, to build real software with it, and a portfolio anyone can open, which is what earns the job or the first client.
