One brief, before and after
A customer asks the price of bridal makeup for her wedding on the 14th. Same owner, same machine, two briefs.
Write a WhatsApp reply to a customer asking the price of bridal makeup.
What comes back
"Thank you for reaching out. Our bridal packages start at ₹8,999 and we are offering 20% off this season. Book now to secure your date."
A price the salon never set, a discount it never offered and no answer about the 14th. The machine filled every gap with a guess, and it sounded sure.
What comes back
"bookings.md already has two bridal bookings on the 14th. How many can you take in one day? I will draft the reply once you tell me."
It asked instead of guessing. One answer from the owner, and the reply quotes the real price and the real date.

Prompt engineering questions
No. Prompt engineering is how every class of Level 1 works, and Level 1 is the one course I sell. It is not sold on its own and has no separate certificate.
Task, Context, Expectations: the way you brief the machine so it does not guess. The task is the one job. The context is what is already true: your facts, files and numbers. The expectations are the rules the answer must follow, including what to do when something is missing. It is a free, public method; you keep it for life.
The clever phrases will not, and they do not need to. A complete brief gives any model the task, the facts and the rules instead of a trick, so when the model changes, your brief and your folder stay the same.
No. You brief Codex in plain language and check what it builds against how your business works. Codex writes the code. We set it up together in the first class. You do need basic computer skills: installing software, copy and paste, taking screenshots and attaching files.

Your own ChatGPT plan, paid to OpenAI, is extra: depending on how much you use the agent, about ₹2,000, ₹10,000 or even ₹20,000 a month.
